Responsibilities:

-Leading the overall research and development strategy with a focus on

 frequency therapy

-Strategic planning and supervision of the clinical trial program (Phases I–III)

-Managing the entire study process, from protocol development to data analysis

-Ensuring the highest scientific and medical quality standards

-Coordinating and communicating with national and international regulatory   authorities

 

Stefan Lorenz Butz

 

Position: Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board

Profile: As founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, Stefan Lorenz Butz is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of SLB SwissOxiMed AG. In this dual role, he combines operational leadership with strategic oversight, guiding the company with a clear focus on bringing innovative medical solutions from concept to market maturity.

Responsibilities:

-Strategic corporate leadership and planning

-Management of product development and innovation

-Design and development of the production facility

-Development, implementation, and monitoring of the Quality Management System

-Corporate administration and financial planning

-Responsibility for all regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical approvals

-Representation of the company

Dr. Martin Michel

 

Position: Chief Legal Officer

Profile: As Chief Legal Officer, Dr. Martin Michel is responsible for ensuring legal compliance at SLB SwissOxiMed AG. With his extensive experience, he guarantees adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

-Leading and overseeing the company’s legal affairs

-Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

-Responsibility for contract law, intellectual property, and compliance

-Advising the executive management on legal matters

 

Dr. Uwe Radmacher

 

Position: Clinical Trials Specialist

Profile: Dr. Uwe Radmacher is an experienced dentist and Clinical Trials Specialist at SLB SwissOxiMed AG. He is responsible for conducting and analyzing clinical trials. His expertise in clinical research is essential for the development and approval of our innovative health products.

Responsibilities:

-Conducting and supporting the planning of clinical trials

-Preparing study protocols and reports

-Data analysis and interpretation

-Collaboration with study centers and principal investigators

-Supporting the preparation of regulatory submission documents
